The hardest part of a new programme is the empty tree.
A compensation plan pays a person for the people beneath them. On the first day nobody is beneath anybody, so the plan pays nothing and the first hundred members join on a promise. A network is a tree that already exists, opened by whoever grew it for your programme to grow inside.
The tree and the business are two different things.
Almost every platform uses one word for both, which is why this has to be said first. Every other rule on this page follows from the split.
A network is people and placement: who joined under whom, and nothing else. It holds no packages, no ranks, no plan and no money.
A programme is the business — what it sells, what it pays, who ranks where, and out of which pool. A programme grows in exactly one network; one network can carry many programmes at the same time.
Commission follows the package, never the network. Two programmes can share every member in a tree and earn nothing from each other's sales — a purchase of your package pays your upline, out of your pool, under your plan, and the programme beside you in the same tree sees none of it.

Neither is negotiable on the platform, and both are stored as terms rather than assumed in code — so nothing can quietly ship a third answer.

Access covers the whole tree
There is no partial access: no single branch, no segment, no region, no depth limit. You are either building in a network or you are not. - 02
Access is never exclusive
The owner may let other companies into the same tree on the same terms, before you or after you, and is under no obligation to tell you first. If exclusivity matters to your launch it is a contract between you and the owner; the platform does not enforce one and will not pretend to.

An owner can stop new joins. Nothing already placed is ever unwound.
This is the part to read twice before building a business on somebody else's tree.
Revocation does exactly one thing: no new member may join your programme into that network. It takes effect thirty days after the owner asks for it, so a campaign already running can be wound down rather than failing halfway through a signup.
Nobody is removed. Every position keeps the upline above it and the downline beneath it, exactly as they were. It cannot work any other way — pulling one programme's members out of a tree would sever the upline of everyone sitting below them, including the owner's own members.
Your programme carries on computing and paying your members, out of your pool, for as long as it exists. Revoking access is not a way to cancel somebody else's liabilities, and the platform does not let it become one.

Each one is a company's own member base, published by its owner on the terms shown. You choose a network when you create your programme.

An owner publishes a tree when they want other companies building in it, and none is published at the moment. The platform's own network below is there regardless, and a programme can always start a tree of its own.

A programme can subscribe to it instead of opening an empty tree. The two rules above still hold — the whole tree, and never exclusively — so assume every other programme on the platform is in there with you, and remember that not one of them earns anything from what you sell.
There is exactly one, and there can only be one. A second would quietly split “everyone on the platform” into two populations, and whichever one a programme subscribed to would be the wrong one.
