Before you join

What it means to join a programme.

Read this before you spend anything.

01

Who runs the programme

XEX is software. Programmes listed here are operated by independent companies that set their own compensation plans, prices and terms. XEX does not operate a programme, does not endorse any programme, is not a party to any agreement between a programme and its members, and never holds member funds or private keys.

The company running the programme sets its own prices, its own compensation plan and its own terms, and it is the company you are contracting with. If something goes wrong with a payout, that company is the one who resolves it. XEX supplies the software it runs on and keeps the record.

02

What a package is

A package is something you buy from the operator, at the operator’s price, on the operator’s terms, paid into the operator’s own payment account. It is a purchase — not a deposit and not an investment. Nobody is holding your money for you, and buying one guarantees nothing.

03

How a figure becomes claimable

A figure moves through four states, and the portal always shows which one it is in, why, and what happens next.

  1. 01
    Accruing

The rule has fired and the line exists, but it is not yours to take yet. A line is normally held until the refund window on the purchase behind it has closed — which is what stops a commission being claimed on a purchase that is then refunded.

  2. 02
    Held

The line exists and is waiting on something specific: an activity requirement, an identity check, or a hold period. The portal names the condition and what releases it, because “held” on its own is a dead end.

  3. 03
    Claimable

Yours to claim. When you claim, exact lines are reserved — oldest first, with any negative lines netted first — and an instruction goes to the operator’s systems.

  4. 04
    Settled

The operator has paid it and recorded the payment against the claim. The line stays in the ledger permanently; nothing is deleted once it has been paid.

04

What can reduce a figure

Refunds, reversals, adjustments and forfeiture all reduce what you can claim. Every one of them appears as its own line, with its own rule identifier, on the same ledger as the amounts that went up. They are never quietly netted away, so a total that fell can always be traced to the lines that took it down.

05

What depends on where you live

Programmes on XEX are not available everywhere. Availability depends on your country, on the programme's own rules, and on identity checks. Access may be refused or withdrawn where a programme is not permitted, and no refund of third-party costs follows from a refusal.

06

If a programme settles in a token

Where a programme settles in a token, the amount of tokens you receive depends on the market price at the time of the claim. Token prices move, and can fall. A balance shown in USD is not a promise of a token quantity, and a token quantity is not a promise of value.

07

If you disagree with a figure

Raise a dispute from the portal. It goes on the record with a status you can follow — open, then investigating, then resolved or rejected — and the operator answers it there rather than in a private message. Keep it in the system: a disagreement settled in a group chat leaves you with nothing to point at.

08

What nobody can tell you

XEX does not offer an income opportunity. What anyone earns on a programme depends on real package sales in their team — not on recruiting, and not on time spent. Most people in programmes like this earn little or nothing. Nothing here is a guaranteed return, and no income is promised or implied.
