Pricing

Priced on what actually moved.

The sandbox is free on every plan. Going live costs a setup fee once and a base fee each month, plus a take rate on the volume that runs through your programme.

Plans

Every plan, with its three numbers.

Read live from the plan catalogue, which is the same source the signup funnel uses — so this page and the thing you actually pay cannot disagree.

The number that moves

What the take rate is actually taken on.

Most platforms leave this to the invoice. Here it is, before you sign anything.

The take rate is charged on gross programme volume in both directions: on every non-refunded member purchase, and again on every settled claim. A dollar that arrives as a package and later leaves as a claim is counted twice.

A member buys a package$1,000.00
The same member later claims$600.00
Charged volume$1,600.00

The fee is truncated, never rounded up, and it is idempotent per source record — a retried purchase or a re-driven settlement cannot be billed twice. A refunded purchase is not billed at all.

No tiers of product

Every plan is the whole product.

Plans differ in price. No capability, quota, limit or support tier is withheld from a smaller plan.

Nothing in the platform branches on which plan a workspace is on — the tier decides what you are billed and nothing else. There is therefore no feature-comparison table on this page, because every row of it would be a tick.

Nor is there a “priority support” line, for a duller reason: there is no support system to prioritise. When there is one, it will be described here in terms of what it does.

Mechanics

How billing actually works.

Four facts, none of which is a surprise later.

The sandbox is free, and it is the whole product

Configure a plan, sell to a test member, compute a run, produce an income disclosure. Nothing is withheld to make the paid version look better.

Going live costs the setup fee, once

Paid by card or in crypto. On a plan whose setup fee is zero, there is no payment step at all — you go live without one.

The monthly invoice closes at month end

Base fee plus the take accrued over the period, closed into an invoice and settled out of band.

No card on file, no automatic renewal

We do not have one, so we do not claim one. Nothing is charged to a stored instrument because there is no stored instrument.

What a plan does not buy
XEX supplies the software. You remain solely responsible for your compensation plan, for every licence or registration your programme needs in the countries you market to, and for every claim you or your members make. Plans that pay primarily for recruitment rather than for genuine sales are prohibited on this platform and are unlawful in many countries.
